ES Product Management Total Rewards & AI Innovation Senior Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager of Product Management for Employee Success (ES) Product Management team will lead the transformation of Total Rewards through agentic AI frameworks. This role requires a blend of deep HR domain expertise and fluency in AI and agentic design.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation in partnership with other COEs for agentic transformational projects
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Total Rewards
• Champion the end-to-end Total Rewards employee lifecycle
• Drive the vision for an AI-native Total Rewards function
• Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships within the COE, IT and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and HR policy partners to deliver measurable product improvements

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to HR technology, Total Rewards, compensation, or benefits platforms
• Strong working knowledge of the total rewards lifecycle
• Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML product development and agentic system design
• Proven informal leadership capabilities
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks or platforms
• Prior experience working within or alongside an enterprise HR Center of Excellence or shared services function
• Experience at a large-scale enterprise SaaS organization

Pay

The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually.
