Senior Manager, Product Manager - AI Acceleration
About The Team
The Product Manager for the AI Acceleration team plays a critical role in achieving our goal of reimagining the status quo and finding new value creation opportunities. This is a transformational leadership role where you will lead a large cross-functional team through the entire product lifecycle—from initial research to proposing solutions and shipping. You will work closely with a team of product managers while partnering with designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to leverage various AI capabilities to deliver customer-facing solutions. Through this collaboration, you will help shape the product strategy and deliver innovative experiences that meet the unique needs of our customers as the ongoing AI revolution transforms our society and industry.
Your product forms a key cornerstone of Capital One’s future, blending human-centered servicing needs with a deep technical understanding of the rapidly developing state of language models. To be successful, you will need a deep passion for language research, methods, Generative AI, and designing AI agents. You will apply product-centric thinking to identify and resolve complex problems, delivering intuitive solutions that improve both the associate and customer experience. You must be equally comfortable navigating technical development with our engineering and data science partners as you are educating and advocating for these next-generation solutions with senior leaders to drive organizational alignment.
In this role, you will lead the strategic product definition and delivery of a centralized agentic evaluation and observability framework. You will partner with our engineering and platform teams to build the foundational infrastructure that multiple teams can leverage—using multi-tier evaluation systems (deterministic guardrails, online LLM-as-Judge, and offline golden-dataset validation on large-scale streaming data platforms)—that allows our agentic ecosystem to scale reliably and securely. By standardizing how we audit and measure agent performance across the Bank, you will directly enable cross-LOB tool reuse, compliance transparency, and continuous model improvement.
