This role is for one of Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 7000000 - Rs 15000000 (ie INR 70 - 150 LPA) Min Experience: 10+ years Location: San Francisco Bay Area JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager with 10-20 years of professional experience and strong expertise in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Enterprise Security. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade security and device management products, translating complex customer and business requirements into compelling product strategies, and leading products throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with engineering, design, security, sales, customer success, and executive leadership teams to define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions for enterprise customers. Requirements Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for UEM, MDM, and enterprise security capabilitiesOwn the complete product lifecycle, from market research and discovery through development, launch, adoption, and continuous optimizationIdentify emerging trends and customer needs across endpoint management, device security, identity, compliance, and enterprise mobilityDevelop detailed product requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and product specificationsPartner closely with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise productsDrive prioritization based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, competitive positioning, and market opportunityWork with security teams to incorporate endpoint protection, access controls, policy enforcement, compliance, threat management, and security best practicesCollaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to understand enterprise requirements and translate feedback into product improvementsConduct competitive analysis and maintain a strong understanding of the UEM, MDM, endpoint security, and enterprise mobility landscapeDefine product KPIs and use data, customer feedback, and market insights to measure performance and improve product outcomesLead product launches, go-to-market planning, enablement, and stakeholder communicationMentor product managers and contribute to establishing strong product management practices across the organization Must-Have Skills 10-20 years of experience in product management, preferably within enterprise software, cybersecurity, endpoint management, or mobility solutionsStrong hands-on expertise in UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) and MDM (Mobile Device Management) productsDeep understanding of Enterprise Security, endpoint security, device compliance, access management, and security policiesExperience managing enterprise B2B products serving large organizations and complex technology environmentsStrong understanding of endpoint platforms and device ecosystems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and related enterprise management frameworksProven ability to define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and go-to-market plansStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Zero Trust, IAM, SSO, conditional access, endpoint detection and response, or security complianceKnowledge of cloud-based SaaS and enterprise security architecturesFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance requirements affecting enterprise endpoint managementExperience building products for global enterprises and managing complex customer deploymentsTechnical background or experience working closely with engineering and security architecture teams What You'll Bring The successful candidate will combine strong product leadership with deep domain expertise in UEM, MDM, and enterprise security. You should be comfortable operating in technically complex environments, making data-driven decisions, influencing senior stakeholders, and turning enterprise challenges into differentiated product experiences.
