ERP-SAP Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the SAP integrator in ERP deployment and participate in design and configuration workshops for the PM (Plant Maintenance) and PP (Production Planning) modules;
• Ensure alignment between operational needs (operations, maintenance, production) and the deployed SAP solution;
• Administer and manage the PM/PP modules: maintenance orders, preventive plans, production planning, process flow optimization;
• Set up and monitor performance reporting (KPIs: OEE, MTTR, MTBF, equipment availability, production yield);
• Train and support operational teams (production and maintenance) in daily SAP usage;
• Act as PMO for the governance and evolution of SAP modules;
• Serve as the interface between business teams (plant) and IT/Integrator for all system developments.

Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP PM/PP modules within an industrial environment;
• Solid knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and production planning;
• Project management (PMO) and cross-functional coordination skills;
• Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and pedagogical sense;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support field teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master’s from a leading school in industrial information systems, with a specialization in SAP PM/PP;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP ERP deployment and management within an industrial environment (ideally oil & gas, LNG, energy, or continuous process industries).

Position based in Tendrara (Oriental region, near Oujda), requiring openness to geographical mobility.
