About the Role
We are seeking an ERP Project Manager to provide hands-on leadership for a long-term contract engagement supporting Oracle Fusion operations in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role will guide cross-functional efforts across finance, equipment, inventory, supply chain, and construction-related applications while helping teams strengthen adoption and day-to-day module usage.
The ideal candidate brings practical Oracle Fusion expertise, strong coordination skills, and the ability to align business users, subject matter experts, and implementation partners in a complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Direct project activities for Oracle Fusion workstreams, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with business needs.
- Partner with stakeholders across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, equipment, inventory, supply chain, and construction project functions to improve system effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the systems integrator and internal teams to expand module utilization and address operational gaps across the platform.
- Lead change management efforts that support user readiness, process consistency, and adoption among a large end-user population.
- Develop and maintain rollout planning, resource coordination, and progress tracking to keep the engagement moving efficiently.
- Oversee quality control for project outputs, including issue resolution, risk monitoring, and follow-through on action items.
- Facilitate communication between business leads and subject matter experts to translate operational needs into practical system solutions.
- Support ongoing optimization of financial and operational modules, with attention to inventory accounting, inventory controls, and connected supply chain processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, ERP delivery, or a closely related systems leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise with Oracle Fusion, including Oracle Fusion Financials and associated application modules.
- Working knowledge of core financial areas such as GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets.
- Experience supporting multiple Oracle modules tied to inventory, supply chain, equipment, or construction-related operations.
- Ability to manage rollout plans, resource allocation, and project coordination across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with change management practices and user enablement in environments with broad stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of quality control, issue management, and operational follow-up within ERP initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, business users, and external partners.
