ERP Project Manager

Position: ERP Project Manager Compensation: $60 - $80 /hour, depending on experience Location: Golden, Colorado Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled ERP Project Manager to join their team! This is an exciting contract opportunity to support a major enterprise-wide Workday implementation. You’ll play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams, keeping timelines on track, and helping ensure a smooth transition through critical go-live phases. Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead cross-functional project teams through implementation activitiesSupport planning and execution of go-live cutover tasksManage temporary processes during the transition periodTrack project schedules, risks, issues, and action itemsCoordinate communication across internal teams and external vendorsFacilitate project meetings and document key decisionsMonitor post-go-live feedback and prioritize improvement itemsSupport change management and process improvement effortsEscalate project risks and delays when needed Required Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of project coordination or project management experienceExperience managing complex, enterprise-level projectsBackground in ERP implementations preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead collaborative, cross-functional teamsExperience with cutover planning and change controlBachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience Nice To Have Skills & Experience Workday implementation experiencePublic sector or K-12 experiencePeopleSoft migration experiencePMP, CSM, or similar certificationHR, payroll, finance, or budgeting project exposureExperience with Agile or Lean methodologies Perks & Benefits 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the ERP Project Manager opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
