ERP PMO Support
About the Role
Mobolutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive ERP PMO Support / Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of enterprise SAP implementation and transformation projects. This role combines traditional Project Coordinator responsibilities with a strong focus on Project Management Office (PMO) governance, reporting, planning, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting SAP or ERP projects and be comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment alongside project managers, functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
Preference will be given to candidates local to the DFW Metroplex. Must be open to working on-site. Preference will be given to candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, project schedules, and meeting documentation.
- Support PMO governance, reporting, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience working in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management role.
- Good understanding of SAP project lifecycle (ASAP, Activate, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, FICO, MM, SD, or other SAP functional implementations.
- Exposure to PMO governance and project portfolio reporting.
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Experience working in an SAP consulting or system integrator environment is highly desirable.
