ERP Leader

About the role

The ERP Leader will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of enterprise resource planning systems within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration and optimization of ERP systems across all departments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with ERP vendors and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams on ERP system usage and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of ERP systems to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems implementation and management.
• Proven track record of successful ERP system implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems architecture and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
