Physician Enterprise Project Manager
About the role
Partners with Physician Enterprise leaders to plan, lead, and execute strategic improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence and measurable outcomes.
Leads independent initiatives by developing project plans, defining objectives, and establishing metrics to measure outcomes and success.
Aids in identifying and evaluating improvements and makes recommendations to direct leader for identified opportunities.
Conducts assessments of current processes to determine opportunities for standardization and greater efficiency.
Conducts projects with a high level of team involvement and conducts structured, effective meetings to set priorities.
Develops and implements business plans using AdventHealth design drivers.
Tracks and follows up on deliverables.
Interacts with all levels of the organization and across departmental lines.
Promotes the philosophy, mission, and vision to team members, patients, and external contacts.
Escalates issues to leadership as required.
Responsibilities
- Strong PowerPoint proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to use design software/graphic design skillset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High degree of collaboration skills
- Significant initiative and judgement to be exercised independent of the supervisor
- Tact and courtesy are essential to create and maintain good will
- Knowledge of professional practice principles, concepts and procedures as applied to the care of the patient population served
- Ability to identify and collaborate with content experts to complete projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree [Required]
- Master's degree [Preferred]
- Field of study in business, healthcare or related field [Required]
- 2+ years of healthcare experience [Required]
- 2+ years of prior graphic design experience [Required]
- 2+ years of prior project management experience [Required]
