ERP Finance Manager

About the role

This individual will lead a major enterprise system implementation that will impact Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Project Management. The role will oversee the migration process from planning through execution, working closely with internal leadership and external consultants to ensure a successful rollout.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the migration process from planning through execution
• Work closely with internal leadership and external consultants to ensure a successful rollout
• Become the long-term owner and subject matter expert for the platform
• Drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, user adoption, and system optimization across the organization

Requirements

• Experience with ERP or financial system implementations
• Strong project management skills
• The ability to partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions
• An accounting or finance foundation (preferred), but open to individuals with a systems focus and a track record of leading complex implementations

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $140,000-$170,000 plus a strong benefits package. This includes medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations.
