ERP Finance Project Manager

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (100% on-site). Candidates must be able to work on Apex's W2 without sponsorship both now and in the future; no C2C or 1099 options.

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a 12-month project with the possibility of conversion. The role requires a candidate who can gather and document requirements, drive the project, manage timelines, and oversee stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, subsequently passing them to the technical team.
• Drive project progress and manage timelines effectively.
• Manage communication and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate inter-departmental cooperation, particularly with the Finance group.

Requirements

• Experience in ERP implementations and enhancements.
• Understanding of ERP Financials.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Communication skills to drive inter-departmental cooperation.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
