ERP Data Analytics & Insights Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented ERP Data Analytics & Insights Analyst to help drive better, faster decision-making across SRC. This role will strengthen our data management foundation, unlock value through automation and AI, and improve overall data quality. The analyst will be embedded within the ERP team while partnering cross-functionally across departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on data management best practices, data architecture, and process optimization to enhance overall data integrity
- Investigate data process & quality issues across individual, departmental, and end-to-end process levels in partnership with product managers, developers, and business analysts to determine root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Partner with business analysts and training teams to ensure documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials effectively address root cause issues
- Test, validate, and execute data corrections while maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and auditability
- Audit and validate data following system migrations or updates to ensure integrity, completeness, and reliability
- Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor data quality and confidence across people, processes, and systems
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., ERP, Power BI) to track KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making
- Drive improvements in enterprise-wide data confidence and readiness to support advanced analytics and AI initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Business, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science)

- Comfortable working with real-world, imperfect data and asking clarifying questions when needed
- Self-starter with a proactive, seek to understand mindset
Technical Skills
- Experience or willingness to build proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise data environments is strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments
- Exposure to ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar)
- Basic experience with Python or R for data manipulation, automation, or analysis
- Interest in AI, predictive analytics, and data modeling (hands-on experience is a plus)
