ERP Business Analyst

Daily Responsibilities

• Leading suppliers through the SAP Ariba and External Integration Hub onboarding process.
• Collaborating with the Supplier Enablement team and external suppliers to identify appropriate point of contacts for the SAP Ariba and EIH onboarding meetings and tasks.
• Maintaining constant communication with Suppliers.
• Building Relationships with Supplier POCs.
• Scheduling and managing multiple supplier onboarding processes at a time.
• Leading Supplier Meetings and any informal engagements.
• Following up with suppliers as needed.
• Building reports in Excel.
• Leveraging and analyze reports in Excel.
• Working in an agile environment.
• Providing daily updates to Supplier Enablement Lead about progress and challenges.

Desired Skills

• Proficient in JIRA.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Business Network.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement Processes.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
