About the role

Ergon Associated Asphalt Partners seeks a Skilled Tradesman to join their Operations team. This role involves performing various tasks related to asphalt operations, including but not limited to material handling, equipment operation, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paving machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of asphalt-related equipment
• Participate in quality control inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of experience in asphalt operations or related field
• Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating asphalt paving machinery
• Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and machinery
