Our Resources

• 15,000 sq. ft. facility with 21 exam rooms, multiple surgery suites, separate dental suites, a brand-new CT scan machine, digital and dental radiology, ultrasound, full IDEXX in-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, endoscopy, and a dedicated 3:1 support staff ratio (including licensed veterinary technicians).
• A dynamic, 14-doctor team and a supportive management group committed to your success.

Compensation and Benefits

• FREE YEAR OF HOUSING!
• $150,000–$170,000 starting base salary (depending on experience)
• 21% and up production bonus, paid monthly (depending on experience)
• The average gross production per doctor is $1M annually, with some exceeding $2M
