Job Summary
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse who will independently perform the functions of direct patient care. You will utilize the nursing process in the delivery of developmentally appropriate care and work in collaboration with other health care professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care to meet the patient/family needs.
Qualifications
- Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- PREFERRED: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Master’s degree)
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse license.
- Current AHA BLS Certification.
- Current AHA ACLS Certification.
- Current AHA PALS or ENPC
- CPI Certification within 6 months of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Additional languages preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficient in interpreting EKG.
