ER Mental Health Nurse - Full Time Nights

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for advanced roles
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• PREFERRED: Emergency Department and Mental Health RN experience

Key Duties

• Provide compassionate emergency and mental health nursing care
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
