Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication.
• Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; participates in professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No experience required; preferred less than 2 years, especially in emergency or mental health nursing.
