Equity Research Sales, Executive Director
Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively present stock ideas, the O'Neil Methodology and our proprietary platform Panaray to clients and prospects
- Possess and effectively contact and follow-up with all prospects and clients to ensure product/service satisfaction
- Successfully meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas/goals
- Achieve profitable revenue growth by capturing new business and expanding business within an existing client base
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts to identify new business opportunities
- Other duties as determined by management
- Minimum of 10-15 years’ sales experience in the equity markets or financial services industry
- Active series 65/66 with no disclosures on U-4 (test could be taken as well)
- Deep understanding and knowledge of equity investments and overall financial market
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time
- Ability to effectively articulate and explain financial services and strategies to a professional, institutional audience
- Ability to work with a CRM system, along with sales reporting
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Master’s degree, CFA or CMT a plus
- Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity
- Take personal responsibility for productivity, quality and timeliness of work of self and team
- Effectively communicate (and listen) clearly, professionally, politely and persuasively in all situations; respond well and in a reasonable, timely manner
- Challenge conventional practices in a collaborative fashion and use creativity and information to lead, innovate, problem solve, and implement ideas to contribute to the growth of the organization
- Collaborate with co-workers to achieve common goals

Salary Range
This is a Salary and Commission Position:
Base Salary for this position is $175,000-$200,000 per year + commission
Working Conditions
Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
