Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our WWS Relationship Management team. This role involves taking ownership of key corporate relationships, delivering services, and driving growth and retention.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for "knowing your client," ensuring all aspects of service delivery, client retention, and identifying opportunities to expand the corporate relationship. You'll also develop strategies for delivering the firm and core services, as well as corporate client business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain annual client Account Plans to identify new product and service opportunities, along with strategy and execution plans.
  • Communicate and present to internal senior management and corporate clients, providing industry guidance and best practices.
  • Deliver insights related to participant behavior/activity and corporate benchmarking data.
  • Manage client contracts, including regular reviews to improve existing terms, re-negotiations, pricing changes, and amendments for product extensions.
  • Participate and lead sales/RFP efforts for new and existing clients, driving growth and retention of B2B relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in institutional client-facing roles at financial services firms.
  • Strong relationship management skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as consultative and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across the organization, influence key stakeholders, and drive change.
  • Expertise in managing client contracts and driving growth and retention of B2B relationships.
  • Proficiency in using technology to communicate ideas and strategy.
  • Confidence in making decisions, being highly organized, and having a positive, can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Benefits

The indicative gross base salary range for this role is USD 120,000 - USD 160,000 per annum. Additional variable compensation or awards may be provided based on relevant factors such as role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
