Equity Associate Plan Manager, Workplace Wealth Solutions
About the role
We are looking for someone passionate about working with clients and delivering a great experience. This role involves ensuring the delivery of products and services, developing strategies with colleagues, maintaining client procedures, and communicating with senior management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of products and services in line with the prescribed offering for an assigned set of clients.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Service Managers, and relevant team leads to develop strategies for core services including: execution, administration, wealth management, and accounting support for assigned client set.
- Develop company-specific business strategies and continuously identify ways to improve service delivery and the efficiency of operational processes.
- Maintain a deep network of internal partners across Operations, Technology, and Product to deliver an exceptional experience for our corporate clients.
- Partner with Lead Financial Advisors and communicate at an executive level to ensure consistent updates on issues relating to corporate clients; serve as a primary point of contact for client, FA, and home office escalation.
- Manage assigned client sets, including regular review to improve existing terms, re-negotiations, pricing changes and amendments for product additions and special projects.
- Use data effectively to make and support decisions pertaining to the servicing of assigned client relationships.
- Communicate and present to UBS senior management as well as corporate client representatives utilizing Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, equity compensation consulting or issuer plan management with deep understanding of equity plan compensation and the Wealth Management industry.
- Ability to balance corporate responsibility and sound risk management opposite client needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as time management skills with the ability to prioritize work load and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to identify and implement solutions.
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance or equivalent experience required.

- CEP designation or willingness to pursue.
- Strategic thinker.
- Able to understand and prioritize client needs.
- Able to apply knowledge in decision-making situations and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
- Team-oriented with excellent service delivery skills as well as organized and able to manage internal relationships with the Technology, Operations, and Service teams.
- Committed to driving value for clients and effectively managing client expectations while being a confident decision-maker.
- Strong communicator with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate complex technical topics in clear and easily understood terms.

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 120000 - max USD 160000 /annum. The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
