Equipment Testing Specialist - Full Time

About the role

We are an equipment supplier and this role turns customer materials into their desired results while recording machine settings and logging data for our teams to size and sell equipment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Testing Center running at its best
• Schedule and support maintenance, repairs, and component changeouts for roller mills and auxiliary equipment as needed
• Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and spare parts
• Run test grinds and application tests on a wide variety of materials
• Conduct sampling and quality verification testing
• Maintain equipment wear trends to recommend service needs
• Manage and prioritize the testing schedule to meet customer timelines
• Accurately document and organize all test data
• Analyze how materials perform and determine optimal machine settings
• Deliver clear, actionable test reports with recommendations and operating parameters
• Partner with sales and engineering to provide technical insights
• Contribute to customer conversations with real data and practical recommendations

Qualifications

• A self-starter who takes full ownership of their work
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
• Solid data tracking and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Someone who takes pride in creating a clean, professional workspace
