Equipment Service Associate - Full Time

We are seeking qualified individuals for Equipment Service Associate roles in manufacturing departments. Key Responsibilities Include Providing equipment availability through troubleshooting, repairs, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance to meet production targets.Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance of equipment.Supporting production to achieve daily goals and supporting projects for new model launches and process improvements.Understanding equipment functionality and operational characteristics for effective recovery.Utilizing troubleshooting tools, maintaining accurate documentation in maintenance systems, and mentoring team members.Completing scheduled work, adhering to safety standards, and supporting training initiatives. Qualifications Include Technical Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.Experience with asset management or industrial maintenance.Skills in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, reading prints, and using electrical test meters.Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime. Additional Details Work on the production floor with availability for night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.Willingness to travel and relocate if applicable.
