Equipment Service Technician - Full-Time

We are seeking a Machine Shop – Equipment Service Tech responsible for advanced machining, CNC programming, fabrication, welding, and equipment support to maintain and enhance production machinery. Key duties include programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software, developing machining processes, designing fixtures, and performing emergency repairs to minimize downtime. The role requires inspecting own parts, working from sketches or 3D models, and collaborating within a team. Candidates should support shutdowns, overtime, and weekend shifts as necessary.
