Equipment Technician (Service & Repair)
About the role
The Equipment Repair Technician role at Imperial Dade is available in the Boston, MA area. This position is part of a strong and continuously evolving team, dedicated to growing the business.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums
- Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain up-to-date records of services performed
- Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory
- Properly demonstrate equipment to customers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge
- Follow safety and housekeeping procedures
Requirements
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
- Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience
- Electrical and mechanical experience
- Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted

Pay
Hourly Rate: $28-$32 DOE
Schedule
Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm, with some overtime.
