Service & Repair Equipment Technician
About the role
The Service & Repair Equipment Technician position at Imperial Dade is available in the Hialeah, FL market. This role involves responding to emergency calls, maintaining a clean service truck, completing service reports, developing a weekly work plan, and providing daily/monthly route coverage.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all emergency calls received within 30 minutes
- Maintain a clean and orderly service truck, including inventory for equipment and parts
- Complete service reports
- Develop a weekly work plan
- Provide daily/monthly route coverage according to the plan
- Maintain and update route books
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with various makes of commercial dishwashers and dispensing equipment
- 1-year electrical experience
- 1-year plumbing experience
- A valid driver's license and a clean MVR
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with computer applications
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with various makes of commercial dishwashers and dispensing equipment, 1-year electrical experience, and 1-year plumbing experience. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean MVR. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computer applications are required.

Must also have the ability to work on a Monday-Friday on-call schedule with some rotational weekend hours.
