Training is provided for motivated individuals with mechanical, electrical, military, automotive, industrial, or technical experience. Location: North Austin, TX (On-Site) Schedule: Compressed 12-Hour Shifts Day Shift Options - $21-$25 Shift A: Sunday - Tuesday + alternating Wednesday 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Shift C: Thursday - Saturday + alternating Wednesday 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Night Shift Options $25-$29 Shift B: Sunday - Tuesday + alternating Saturday 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Shift D: Wednesday - Friday + alternating Saturday 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM What You'll Do As an Equipment Technician, you will play a key role in keeping advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment operating efficiently and reliably. Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on production equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with support from experienced team membersReplace components, perform equipment checks, and document maintenance activitiesWork in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment while following safety proceduresPartner with engineers and technicians to improve equipment performance and minimize downtimeSupport continuous improvement initiatives to increase manufacturing efficiency What We're Looking For Mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, technical, military, automotive, or maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to learn complex technical systems and proceduresComfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing PPE for extended periodsAbility to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform hands-on technical workDependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or engineering environmentsFamiliarity with robotics, automation systems, vacuum systems, or process equipmentTechnical certifications, military technical training, trade school, or related education Why Join Us?
