Equipment Technician

About the role

As an Equipment Technician at Millennium, you will operate in a safe manner, ensuring that all inbound, picking, packaging, and shipping of Millennium deliveries are completed accurately and on time. This role is also responsible for maintaining the Millennium Rental and Leasing Fleet to the highest quality, following procedures as written, and suggesting improvements to enhance our processes.

Responsibilities

• Check In/Out Equipment
• Repair & Maintain Equipment
• Pick/Pack/Ship Orders
• Fulfill/Receive Orders within NetSuite
• Follow procedures using our warehouse management system to track all inventory moves
• Report Physical and Rental Inventory
• Verify equipment and all inventory meets or exceeds quality standards
• Ensure equipment is returned in acceptable condition with required components
• Perform routine maintenance
• Operate in ERP and communication platforms
• Provide technical support to team and clients

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal team

• Familiarity with Basic Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
