Morgan Properties is hiring Floating Service Technicians in Gahanna, OH. This floating role supports Annhurst Apartments, a 164‑unit community, offering variety, autonomy, and a supportive team. As a skilled technician you’ll chase down root causes, hand off work you’d put your name on, and work across multiple communities while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Knock out service requests and stay ahead of breakdowns with preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Get apartments move‑in ready for new residents
• Leave every resident glad they called, with service that’s professional and respectful
• Support multiple communities while holding the same quality standard at each one

Requirements

• Apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
• EPA/HVAC certification is a plus, but not required — we’ll help you earn it
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly across different sites
• Technician who follows through on promises and takes real pride in the fix

Pay

Competitive pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Overall compensation package may vary based on geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, potentially resulting in total compensation outside of this range.
