About the role

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking immediate hires for various positions. We offer competitive pay dependent on experience, with a typical weekly schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with operations, loading, and unloading of equipment for transport.
• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and ready for rent.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, prioritizing safety as a top value.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

• Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment, or equivalent construction experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating equipment and working outside in various weather conditions.
• Full range of motion and agility required for frequent movement between equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating construction equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

Pay range starts at $18 per hour, dependent on experience. Overtime is available after 40 hours per week, with a quarterly branch performance bonus.
