About the role

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking immediate hires for skilled operators. We offer competitive pay starting at $18.50-$23 per hour, dependent on experience. Our paid weekly schedule includes Monday through Friday, morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Show initiative and willingness to learn new skills
• Participate in a supportive, inclusive work environment

Requirements

• Full range of motion required
• Previous experience operating construction equipment is a plus
• Ability to climb in and out of equipment frequently
• Bilingualism is a plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check

• Safe operation of construction equipment
• Problem-solving abilities
