About the role

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. This position is ideal for those who value safety and enjoy working with construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with operations, loading, and unloading of equipment for transport.
• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and ready for rent.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work comfortably outside within the elements.
• Prioritize safety and collaborate with team members.
• Be driven to advance in a growing company culture.

Requirements

• Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment, or construction experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating and handling construction equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Full range of motion and agility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Pay

Pay range: $18.50-23.10 per hour, dependent on experience.

Schedule

Typical schedule: Monday – Friday, No nights or weekends, Morning Shift: Usually 7:00AM - 4:00PM (Overtime eligible based on business needs).
