About the role
This position is located in Buckeye, AZ 85326.
Responsibilities
- Assist drivers, mechanics, and customers with operations, loading, and unloading of equipment for transport.
- Operate equipment and ensure it is properly cleaned and ready for rent.
- Work outside within the elements within our shop, branch, and yard.
- Prioritize safety within the workplace.
- Climb in and out of equipment frequently.
Requirements
- Full range of motion and agility.
- Comfort working outside in various weather conditions.
- One year of experience operating construction equipment or construction experience preferred.

Pay
$18.50–$23.10 per hour, dependent on experience.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends. Morning shift typically 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; overtime eligible based on business needs.
