Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Track owned and rented equipment and its' associated costs
- Work with job sites to manage equipment utilization and determine if changes in the quantity or type of assets are needed
- Manage the mobilization/transfer of assets
- Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and required inspections
- Manage regulatory compliance programs
- Run the telematics program and vehicle fuel and maintenance program
- Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to schedules.
- Prepare or review reports on progress, materials used, and costs, and adjust work schedules as indicated by reports
- Direct business of day-to-day operations of a yard site from quoting through invoicing and see that bills and employees are paid correctly
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Confer with and direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction or engineering-related field preferred
- Or a combination of education and/or 10+ years of construction equipment supervision work experience
Physical Demands
- Travel will be required to visit job sites, training, meetings, etc.
- Occasionally required to stoop, bend, walk, crouch, and climb.
- Ability to lift, on a frequent basis, at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to speak, write, and understand English clearly.
