Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe manner
• Direct the delivery of new equipment, returns
• Maintain the rental yard for easy access
• Receive/release all rental equipment and attachments (new or used sales and service machines as well in co-locations)

Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe manner
• Self-directed, organized, and able to interact with peers
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize tasks with competing demands
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Able to work additional hours to meet business and customer needs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating construction equipment
• Previous experience operating forklift
• Frequent sitting for extended periods of time
• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb or balance
• Sit for extended periods of time
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Work in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize tasks with competing demands
• Ability to adjust focus

Pay

Starting Compensation Range: $26.39 - $33.18 per hour
