Position Summary

The Equipment Sales Specialist reports to the Regional Sales Manager
Located in Cleveland OH or Pittsburgh
Full-Time
Remote in Cleveland or Pittsburgh

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to customer requests via in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills in all interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate precise quotes for both standard and customized equipment, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Support street sales representatives in the quoting process to drive sales growth.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently for multiple accounts, placing purchase orders with vendors for project and inventory items, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring goals and deadlines are met. Coordinate equipment deliveries and installations, collaborating with internal departments as necessary.
  • Collaborate professionally with internal departments such as Credit, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Warehouse to meet customer needs. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus, or equivalent military or practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of the AutoQuotes system is preferred.
  • Previous experience in equipment sales or related field is advantageous.
  • Foodservice Equipment experience is essential.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
