Equipment Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a North America Senior Regional Reliability Engineer to join the Reliability Group in the Equipment Reliability and Stability Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing reliability strategies, processes, and asset management methods for local sites to optimize equipment maintenance and total cost of ownership.
• Analyzing equipment data to identify failure modes, root causes, and recommending preventative maintenance and spare parts plans.
• Teaching Reliability Engineering processes through workshops and collaborating with production teams to evaluate equipment performance.
• Benchmarking industry best practices and supporting the adaptation of tools like Maximo for data-driven reliability management.
• Supporting business planning, budgeting, and presenting improvement proposals to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field.
• At least 2 years of technical/engineering experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of reliability and asset management practices.
• Desired certifications include CRL, CMRP, CMRT, or CAMA; proficiency with Maximo, MS Office, and data analysis.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.

Working Conditions

Primarily office work with some time on the production floor. Travel to plants for training and support. Hybrid position based in Ohio.
