Equipment Reliability Engineer

Position Overview Seeking a North America Senior Regional Reliability Engineer to develop and implement reliability strategies for manufacturing sites. Responsibilities Include Creating and applying reliability engineering and asset management processes to optimize equipment maintenance and total cost of ownership.Analyzing equipment data to identify failure modes, mitigate risks, and recommend preventative maintenance and spare parts strategies.Delivering workshops on reliability methods and collaborating with production engineering to evaluate equipment performance and design.Benchmarking industry best practices and integrating them into internal processes.Managing Maximo data to support reliability initiatives and participating in business planning and budgeting.Presenting improvement proposals to leadership for feedback and consensus. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, with specialized knowledge preferred.Industry certifications such as CRL, CMRP, CMRT, or CAMA are desirable.Proficiency in Maximo, MS Office, and asset management metrics.
