Equipment Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a North America Senior Reliability Engineer to develop and implement strategies for equipment reliability and asset management. Primarily office-based with some travel to plants; hybrid position based in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing equipment design and performance to identify failure modes
• Recommending preventive maintenance and spare parts
• Utilizing data to optimize maintenance strategies from an economic perspective
• Leading reliability workshops
• Working with production teams
• Benchmarking industry best practices
• Supporting data management tools like Maximo

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related experience
• 2+ years in manufacturing or engineering

Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as CRL, CMRP, CMRT, or CAMA are preferred
• Proficiency in Maximo, MS Office, and asset management metrics is required
