Equipment Reliability Engineer

Role Overview Serve as a North America Senior Regional Reliability Engineer within the Reliability Group, focusing on developing and executing reliability strategies, processes, and methods for manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include analyzing equipment design to identify failure modes, recommending preventative maintenance plans, and optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO). Assist in data analysis to diagnose deficiencies, support reliability workshops, and benchmark best practices. Work collaboratively with Production Engineering to evaluate equipment performance and ensure reliable operation. Generate Maximo change requests to support data-driven reliability processes and contribute to business planning and budgeting for reliability initiatives. Present improvement proposals to leadership for approval and consensus. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of technical/engineering experience in manufacturing. Desired certifications include CRL, CMRP, CMRT, or CAMA. Proficiency with Maximo, MS Office, and understanding of asset management practices. Strong analytical and engineering judgment skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Duties Develop and implement reliability and asset management strategies. Analyze equipment data to identify root causes and recommend solutions. Conduct training and workshops on reliability methods. Support data management and process improvements within reliability tools. Present proposals for process enhancements to leadership for approval.
