About the role
R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Equipment Operator/Technician to support our Thermal Operations in Three Rivers, TX. Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy equipment (Excavators, ADT's, Wheel Loaders, Forklifts) for material handling.
- Perform daily or per-shift equipment cleaning, along with pre- and post-operation inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist in thermal operations, including monitoring and controlling process levels, temperatures, pressures, and flows.
- Manage truck traffic and oversee the unloading of End Dumps and Bottle Trucks in designated pits.
- Assist with washouts of End Dumps and Bottle Trucks.
- On planned outages work as a team to deliver results.
- Meet deadlines on pending repairs to run out operations efficiently.
- Follow safety regulations and attend daily meetings.
Requirements
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage
- Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
Pay
$20–$22/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)
Schedule
7 Days On, 7 Days Off Rotating Days and Nights
