About the role
Responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure production efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Document all work performed and report any issues to supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in manufacturing or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Skills
- Proficient in using various types of manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Basic computer literacy
