Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities
- Possess a verifiable and documented track record of success in equipment financing sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor and end user customers.
- Assist in the development of new salespeople within the sales team.
- Provide financing solutions tailored to customers' individual needs.
- Analyze and assess the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products for small and mid-size businesses.
- Collaborate with the Equipment Finance's management and support teams to achieve defined objectives.
- Attend various trade shows and participate in financing sales training sessions.
- Ensure proper administration and communication of all new programs.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies
- Equipment financing sales experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software programs, particularly Salesforce.
- Industry knowledge and experience in the equipment finance sector.
Required Education
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field preferred.
Salary Range
Salary range: $30k-$150k per year. Average commission: $10k-$150k+ per year.
