Equipment Finance Regional Sales Manager - San Ramon Sales - Remote

Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities

• Possess a verifiable and documented track record of success in equipment financing sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendor and end user customers.
• Assist in the development of new salespeople within the sales team.
• Collect and analyze customer information to assess their financial needs.
• Provide appropriate financing solutions based on customer needs.
• Work with small and mid-size businesses to secure funding.
• Avoidance of conflicts of interest and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Competencies

• Equipment financing sales experience.
• Knowledge of CRM software programs, particularly Salesforce.
• Industry knowledge of the equipment finance sector.

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field preferred.

Salary Range

Salary range: $30k-$150k per year.

Commission

Average commission: $10k-$150k+ per year.
