Equipment & Diesel Technician

We are seeking skilled Equipment Mechanics and Diesel Technicians to support the maintenance, repair, and operation of fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, and pavement preservation machinery. Key Responsibilities Include Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on various vehicles and equipment.Conducting inspections, safety checks, and repairs on fleet vehicles, trailers, loaders, rollers, pavers, and trucks.Maintaining accurate maintenance records, assisting with parts procurement, and managing inventory.Operating diagnostic tools, welding equipment, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.Reading manuals, schematics, and work orders to ensure proper repairs. Qualifications And Skills Required High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.At least two years of experience in diesel repair, equipment maintenance, or related fields.Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.Valid driver’s license; CDL-A and tanker endorsement preferred.Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
