We are a Supply Chain organization focused on delivering big-picture change to Fortune 500 clients through functional insights, data power, digital leadership, and industry know-how. Our team works on major leaps in planning, procurement, manufacturing, and fulfillment, with a focus on sustainability and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Create robust sourcing strategies and cost-out recommendations specifically for equipment, capital expenditures, and construction services.
  • Provide thought leadership and benchmarking across mission critical equipment, construction spend, and general contractor/subcontractor engagements.
  • Synthesize disparate data sources (spend analytics, supplier bids, market benchmarks) into actionable insights and clear deliverables.
  • Work together with clients to identify and interpret key project requirements tied to CapEx purchases, contractor scopes, and project timelines.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with client stakeholders, including procurement executives, project managers, and construction leadership.
  • Facilitate development of project plans and overall project management to ensure effective delivery of construction sourcing initiatives and capital equipment procurement projects.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts within and outside of the firm to address cost, quality, schedule, and risk considerations.
  • Work with contractors, consultants, and internal/external resources to align priorities, accomplish objectives, and satisfy all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the Equipment and Construction Center of Excellence’s strategic decisions and direction through subject matter insights.
  • Exhibit integrity in decisions and firm relationships.
  • Achieve excellence and dependability through the execution of projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience executing Strategic Sourcing projects/programs, developing and executing cost optimization strategies.
  • Minimum 1 year Procurement and sourcing experience, including exposure to equipment & construction negotiations.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) products, including the ability to develop and interpret complex analytical models and ad-hoc reports.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience executing Strategic Sourcing projects/programs, developing and executing cost optimization strategies.
  • Minimum 1 year Procurement and sourcing experience, including exposure to equipment & construction negotiations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience).

Skills

  • Proven client-facing skills and proficiency in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present comfortably to senior executives.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment and a capacity for innovation and process improvement.
  • Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
  • Experience in equipment or construction sourcing manager roles, consulting experience, or procurement management/directorship from industries with significant capital equipment investments.
  • Background in operations, cost estimation, financial analysis, procurement, construction management, engineering, or supply chain management.
  • MEP engineer (Mechanical, Electrical) background.
  • Industry backgrounds from High Tech, Data Center, Life Sciences, Utilities, and Industrials are preferred.
