About the role

We are seeking a Pan & Equipment Washer/Sanitation team member responsible for cleaning bake pans, cake pans, and equipment, ensuring general sanitation in the central bakery area.

Responsibilities

• Rinsing and sanitizing surfaces
• Organizing the pan room
• Maintaining cleanliness of floors and walls
• Managing cleaning solutions and record-keeping for test strips
• Additional tasks may be assigned as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to work independently or with others
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Skills

• Attention to detail

• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and procedures

Schedule

Start times around 8-9am, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
