Equipment Washer

About the role

An Equipment Washer supports the needs of the shop and field by keeping all equipment clean and organized to provide consistency and the highest standards possible.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, and organize heavy equipment and construction equipment.
• Drive a box truck to different job sites and wash equipment, obeying all rules of the road.
• Listen to, follow, and comprehend directions.
• Properly maintain pressure washing equipment on the truck.
• Operate pressure washer safely and effectively at all times.
• Responsible for filling and draining the water tank.
• Ensure all supplies are available before heading to the job site.
• Perform daily pre-inspection and post-inspection on the truck and pressure washer; report any issues to the manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow specific directions.
• Perform a variety of duties which may change often.
• Work within standards of accuracy.
• Repeat tasks of short duration according to set procedures and evaluate information using measurable standards.
• Use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects.
• Stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED.
