eQuip Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct Uniform Program and eQuip maintenance through price changes, product additions/removals, and VAS updates to Personalization Groups.
• Respond to end-user requests submitted through Website Maintenance on eQuip; all requests are expected to be worked within 1 business day of submission.
• Work internal eQuip Maintenance tickets submitted through KACE as directed.
• Troubleshoot system issues of the eQuip Website or Uniform Program and escalate issues to Senior eQuip Specialist as necessary.
• Serve as backup for other departmental personnel.
• Handle miscellaneous and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in a related field or within Galls operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with a thorough sense of urgency and follow-through skills.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in GQ, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
