What You’ll Do
- C Conduct Uniform Program and eQuip maintenance and through price changes, product additions/removals and VAS updates to Personalization Groups.
- C Respond to end user request submitted through Website Maintenance on eQuip, expectation is all requests are worked within 1 business day of submission.
- C Work internal eQuip Maintenance tickets submitted through KACE as directed.
- C Troubleshoot system issues of eQuip Website or Uniform Program and escalate issues to Senior eQuip Specialist as necessary.
- C Serve as back-up for other departmental personnel.
- C Miscellaneous and special projects as needed.
What You Bring
- C Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- C 3-5 years of previous experience in a related field or within Galls operations.
- C Detail-oriented, organized, thorough sense of urgency and follow-through skills.
- C Good interpersonal skills, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- C Cross-functional collaboration and customer service skills.
- C Proficiency in GQ, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point.
